What are some of the easier 4 year schools to get accepted to?

My son scored 1132 on SATs. He is an exceptional artist with an impressive portfolio but would prefer to study business and art as opposed to going strictly to an art school. He would like to stay in NJ, DE, PA, NY. Any suggestions?
