Visual Arts Slide Registry Submission Process

To enter your work, send the following material to our office:
  • One completed application.
    Please be sure to submit the completed application via email AND include a hard copy with your materials.
  • One CD containing a minimum of 20 images of your most current work. For artists submitting slides, indicate the top of the slide with the word TOP.
  • A list including: title, date, materials, dimensions, location, etc.
  • A copy of your resume.
Please DO NOT SEND ORIGINAL work or other documents and/or materials.

UPDATING FILES: You may update your files at any time. Please send a note detailing your request with each new submission, along with one copy of your updated resume.
