what are some university or college famous/good for culinary arts?

I am looking for a culinary arts school that i can attend to right after high school. I was hoping that it can be around VA,MD,PA,NYC,NJ…
*if you can, can you add some details about the school and the score that i need to get in to that school…
please add about the years and the classes that i can take if possible…
One of my sons went to college at Cornell University, Ithaca, NY. That was some years ago. I went to visit him a few times each semester. From what I gathered from him and some of his friends. Cornell program in the culinary field is respected worldwide. In fact, I came to meet some good friends of my son from different parts of the world, especially from Europe and Brazil, who were getting culinary degrees there. Naturally, it was not only the culinary thing, but getting degrees related to the whole field of the hospitality industry. I suggest that you check that one out. Besides, the campus is a dream. And Ithaca is so cold and so in the middle of nowhere, that there is nothing to do there but to study hard, but willingly. Good luck. Adian.
